What's Included With Your Plan
Every Red Bird Waste plan includes weekly pickup, free cart delivery, one free extra bag per week, and access to Nick by phone. Here's the full breakdown.
Standard in every plan
Every Tuesday (Delavan), Wednesday (Beloit), or Thursday (Clinton). Pickup day set at signup.
Your cart (96-gal or 65-gal) is delivered within a few days of signup. No delivery fee, no setup charge.
In addition to whatever fits in your cart, one bagged item goes free. More than one bag (or loose/not bagged) is $10.
Questions about your service? You reach Nick or Allison directly — not a call center, not an automated system.
Need to get rid of a mattress, couch, or appliance? We pick it up for a flat fee. See FAQ for the fee schedule.
Month-to-month service. Cancel anytime with no penalty or early termination fee.
Optional add-on: Recycling
Add weekly single-stream recycling pickup to any trash plan for just $3/month. Same truck, same day, one stop. Recycling carts are provided at no charge.
Recycling includes:
- • Paper, cardboard (flattened)
- • Plastics #1 and #2
- • Aluminum and steel cans
- • Glass bottles and jars

Special services (when you need them)
- • Vacation hold: Pause service for one month or longer, no charge.
- • Billing flexibility: Pay monthly (autopay), quarterly, or annually (with a $10 discount).
- • Plan changes: Switch cart sizes or add/drop recycling at any time.
- • Broken cart: We repair or replace it at no cost.
What's NOT included
- • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, oil)
- • Electronics, batteries, or light bulbs (see drop-off guide)
- • Tires or construction debris
- • Yard waste (goes in the trash cart, not separate)
